The fire took our homes and most of our physical possessions, but what it didn’t take was our vision and values. Emilie and I held on to each other and to the belief that we could start fresh together. Out of that moment came not just a business, but a new chapter of life. I may be the chef, but Emilie is the true brains behind the operation. Her vision, creativity, and organization make everything possible, while I bring the recipes and flavors passed down through my family. Together, we’ve built Órale Taco as a reflection of our journey — rooted in family, community, and the belief that something beautiful can rise from hardship.
